Tima is a Partner, IP Attorney, and Innovation Consultant with more than 20 years of experience advising clients across the GCC and MENA regions on a wide range of intellectual property matters.
Her practice combines trademark strategy and brand protection with patents, innovation, enforcement, and commercialization. She advises multinational companies, regional businesses, and entrepreneurs on trademark clearance, filing strategies, portfolio management, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, and cross-border protection, with a strong focus on aligning IP strategy with business growth and market expansion.
As Head of the Innovation & Patents Department, Tima also advises clients on protecting and developing innovative ideas, technologies, and new projects. Her experience includes prior art searches, patentability assessments, patent drafting, freedom-to-operate analysis, technology assessments, and competitor analysis.
In addition, she supports clients in commercializing intellectual property through market assessment, licensing, partnerships, negotiations, and strategic business development.
Her broad experience across trademarks, patents, enforcement, and innovation allows her to provide clients with practical, commercially focused advice throughout the full lifecycle of their intellectual property assets.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Lebanese University
- Certification in Research Commercialization, University of Cambridge
