Ahmad is the founder and the Managing Partner of AOA Attorney’s .
Ahmad holds a PhD in Law from a University in the UK. He specializes in corporate law, and is highly experienced in intellectual property law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ahmad joined Alyafi IP Group’s JV network around 10 years ago, representing the firm’s IP services in the Saudi market.
Ahmad has more than 15 years of experience in representing big Saudi corporates and international companies, in different fields including but not limited to: oil and gas, F&B, pharmaceuticals, medicine, technology, banking, etc…
Ahmad is a member of the Saudi bar association and has extensive experience with all aspects of intellectual property; Trademarks, Patents, Designs, and Copyrights.
His experiences span from prosecution, enforcement, and general legal action in the local market ranging from cancellation and counterfeiting action and unfair competition.
