The collector’s item gifted by the Alyafi IP Group in 2014 is the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
The Hanging Gardens of Babylon were one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It is believed that they have been built in the ancient city of Babylon, meaning “Gate of the Gods”, present-day Hillah, Iraq. One legend says that the Hanging Gardens of Babylon were created by Emperor Nebuchadnezzar II, the king of Babylon, to please his wife, Amyitis.
Some stories indicate the Hanging Gardens of Babylon towered hundreds of feet into the air. There is some controversy as to whether the Hanging Gardens existed or not. To date, no archaeological evidence has been found at Babylon for the Hanging Gardens. But did they actually exist? We believe.
