| The Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA) has issued a series of new decisions revising and increasing the official service fees across several IP departments, effective 14 October 2025.
Decision No. 138 of 2025, supplementing Decision No. 26 of 2025, introduces updated fees for selected services related to patent and utility model applications.
Decision No. 140 of 2025 sets out the revised fees applicable to plant variety protection in Egypt.
Decision No. 141 of 2025 updates the service fees for copyright work and related rights.
The revised fee schedules were published on the official EGIPA portal on the same date.
