The collector’s item gifted by the Alyafi IP Group in 2013 was the Burj Khalifa, which is better known as Burj Dubai. Standing at 829.8m it is currently the tallest man-made structure in the world.

The construction of the Burj Dubai took around five years to finish, from 21 September 2004, to 1 October 2009. The building officially was opened on the 4th of January 2010. The total cost of the Burj Dubai is estimated at US$1.5 billion. Burj Dubai has 163 floors, 49 of which are office space.
