Ahmad Al Dhahir is the legal adviser of Alyafi IP group in Jordan. He is Partner and Advocate in Al- Bayan Law Firm, and Lecturer in many training institutes and Universities.
Supervising and attending hearings in opposition to trademark registration and infringement cases.
Reviewing and drafting all kinds of contracts, i.e. Employment, memorandums of incorporation, articles of association for companies of all kind, Joint ventures, franchise and technology transfer agreements, distributorship and agency agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, co-operation agreements …etc.,
Starting up companies under Jordanian and UAE Laws.
Starting up a consortium power company, and preparing the entire necessary documents to form the same, as well as the partnership agreements.
Drafting agreements.
Supervising, drafting, reviewing court claims and statements under Jordanian laws and litigation before all courts in Jordan.
Arbitration.
Managing Arbitration Center and its training center including organizing and managing arbitration sessions, as well as organizing, managing and supervising many courses, training programs and international conferences.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Law (Doctor of International Commercial Arbitration) – University of Aberdeen – UK.
- LLM (Master) in Commercial Law – University of Aberdeen – UK.
- BA in Law – University of Jordan – Jordan.
