Albandari Aldweesh manages EIP litigation and the IP department in Saudi Arabia. Her practice includes IP litigation, IP opposition, Trademark Infringement, and Unfair competition. She provides feedback on all legal matters in KSA, including but not limited to matters with the Saudi IP Authority, administrative courts, and commercial courts.

Albandari has over 4 years of legal experience as well as experience in the governance field. Her experience includes drafting legal documents and providing support in legal issues. She is experienced and well-versed in Saudi and GCC Intellectual property laws ranging from trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

In addition; she communicates and negotiates with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.

Albandari is an active member of a number of intellectual property organizations including the International trademark association (INTA).
