Mowafak Alyafi

Is responsible for the strategic planning of Alyafi Group within the various services. He has more than 46 years of experience in the services the firms within the group provide. Mowafak has recently spearheaded the Alyafi Innovation centre which is tasked to develop innovations for local communities utilizing the most up to date technologies including block chain, and machine learning. He is an active member of the local community and dedicated to assist Lebanon to achieve its potential through long term projects which focus on core matters which empower youth into building a brighter future.
Mowafak has more than 46 years of experience since 1975, in assurance/audit, tax, consulting, corporate governance, intellectual property services, business management and capacity building for international and local companies in both the private and public sectors. Mowafak advises business owners, chief financial and accounting officers, tax executives, boards of directors and legal counsel, and provides tailored services meeting the needs of the client.
His diversified experience encompasses working with public and private companies in a variety of industries, including banking, government/public sector, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, healthcare, education, technology, consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
He also assisted clients with a range of Management Advisory services including personnel effectiveness, compensation and revenues, breakeven, cost analysis, feasibility studies and Due Diligence. In addition to that, he assisted in developing financial and administrative systems. His clients included a number of major international clients, banks, financial institutions, public sector and private businesses.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – Management & Accounting, Beirut Arab University
