Samarah has an extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various legal documents relating to intellectual property such as patent applications, trademark registrations and licensing agreements.
Samarah is responsible for managing portfolios, ensuring compliance with intellectual property Laws, tracking key deadlines for patent and trademark applications.
Samarah assists in conducting legal researches, drafting cease and desist letters, notices and replies to oppositions and rejections.
Samarah helps in identifying valuable inventions, strategizing patent filings, and monitoring the maintenance and renewal of existing patents.
Samarah has recently become the International Trademark Association (INTA)
