Tima is a Partner, IP Attorney, and Innovation Consultant specializing in intellectual property matters across the GCC and MENA regions, with a particular focus on complex IP litigation and enforcement strategies. She has successfully handled numerous challenging IP legal cases, providing clients with innovative and tailored solutions to protect and enforce their rights.
As the Head of the Innovation & Patents Department at her firm, Tima brings over 20 years of experience as Legal Counsel, overseeing all aspects of intellectual property rights with a focus on innovation and technology. She excels in helping clients transform ideas, new projects, and cutting-edge technologies into valuable patents. Her expertise spans prior art searches, patent drafting, freedom-to-operate opinions, technology assessments, and competitor analysis.
In addition to her legal and technical acumen, Tima leads the commercialization of innovative products, solutions, and services. She guides clients through the entire commercialization journey, including product and market assessment, developing marketing and pitch materials, negotiating with potential partners, and finalizing strategic deals.
