Instead, non-compliant submissions will now face immediate rejection. This move emphasizes SAIP’s dedication to upholding strict formal and legal requirements in the trademark application process.
Single Avenue for Appeals
Another notable change is the establishment of a single avenue for recourse: filing appeals within a non-extendable 60-day period before the Appeals Committee. This streamlined approach aims to provide clarity and efficiency for applicants navigating the appeals process.
