In light of the ongoing political and wartime situation in Lebanon, we want to inform you about crucial updates from the Lebanese Trademark Office (TMO). As of September 23, 2024, the TMO has announced an extension of all deadlines related to priority filings, renewals, and other trademark matters. These deadlines will remain postponed until further notice.
Please be advised that during this period, the TMO and the Ministry of Economy will only be addressing urgent matters pertinent to the current situation in Lebanon.
